The electric heating glass-lined reactor is based on the working principle that the electric heater (commonly known as: heating rod) evenly distributed at the bottom of the jacket of the glass-lined reactor heats the heat transfer oil in the jacket and transfers heat through the oil bath, so that the material in the glass-lined reactor reaches the process required temperature.

The electric heating glass-lined reactor has the characteristics of cleanliness, less pollution, and fast heating.
The distribution methods of electric heaters include oblique insertion, vertical insertion, oblique insertion and vertical insertion staggered, etc., which can be directly connected to single-phase electricity, or connected to 380v power supply through star, triangle and other connection methods.
